Joanna R. La Pointe is the President & Chief Human Resources Practitioner of JRHR Consulting Incorporated (Inc.), a nationally respected HR advisory practice specializing in high-stakes workforce transformation, labour relations, and organizational stabilization. With more than twenty years of multi-sector experience across Canada, the U.S., First Nations, and the U.K., she is known for her sharp judgment, strategic clarity, and ability to bring order and accountability to complex or politically sensitive environments.

Over the past two decades, Joanna La Pointe (JRHR Consulting Incorporated), has led a national HR consulting practice focused on workforce transformation, complex labour and employee relations, policy modernization, and executive advisory.
